Audit
We are registered to audit companies that exceed the audit threshold or those that require a voluntary audit. Alongside any audit assignment we add value to the client by offering recommendations that may improve their business or systems where appropriate.
Accounting
We are able to prepare financial statements for all types of businesses and individuals. Our highly qualified staff have extensive accounting experience and are able to deal with the most complicated of transactions and ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards.
Bookkeeping/VAT
We provide bookkeeping services in house and at the client's premises if this is more convenient. We also prepare the VAT returns for clients to ensure that they comply with their statutory requirements.
Financial Planning
We are able to advise and guide clients through various aspects of their financial planning whether it is their cashflow requirements, initial funding or continued sources of funding.
Management Accounts
We can provide clients with periodic management accounts to enable them to make decisions and keep a closer eye on their business performance. These may also be required in certain situations such as the sale of a business or for external funding.
Partnerships/Limited Liability Partnerships
We prepare and submit Partnership accounts and tax returns for various clients who are structured in this way.
UK Subsidiaries
We act for a number of UK subsidiaries of overseas PLC's and Companies. We are able to prepare and/or audit the financial statements, complete their UK tax returns and ensure compliance within the UK of all statutory matters. This may also involve reporting to the auditor's of the overseas Parent Company where necessary.
